The Making of Ranma Interview Series with Rumiko Takahashi Archive

The Making of Ranma was a series of interviews with Rumiko Takahashi featured in the wide-ban reprints of Ranma 1/2, published between July 2016 and January 2018 in Japan. Each segment was a short, single-page interview in the back of the book featuring a regular character and/or villain. Some were quite insightful, others not so much, but they were always entertaining (if for no other reason than reading some of Takahashi’s reactions to her at times doltish interviewer).

With the wide-ban’s publication and the interview translations all wrapped up, I thought I’d make a quick archive page to make access a bit easier to anyone wandering in for the first time. Links to all 20 parts can be found below:
